#171: Can Vegans Be Intuitive Eaters? (Part I)
“Intuitive eating is not eating whatever you want whenever you want. It is not automatically knowing the health benefits of all foods.” — Dr. Yami
Can veganism and intuitive eating co-exist? A listener recently asked me this question, and I have been thinking about my response for weeks. I have a lot to say about this topic, so I will unpack this question in Part I and Part II episodes.
In a nutshell, yes, I believe vegans can practice intuitive eating. Now let’s discuss how and why.
In this episode of Veggie Doctor Radio, I discuss intuitive eating and whether vegans can practice intuitive eating.
