Is there something you really want, but have been avoiding because it seems too hard or uncomfortable?
Lately, I have been challenging myself to embrace discomfort as I develop some new healthy habits.
Because the truth is: discomfort is the catalyst for growth.
Whether it is the evolution of our physical body, our emotional growth, improving relationships, or learning new information, we MUST go through a period of discomfort to reap the rewards on the other side.
Developing new habits requires a period of discomfort.
If you become an expert at embracing discomfort, you will have an advantage in reaching your goals and dreams.
It is natural to avoid discomfort and it can be really scary to be uncomfortable on purpose.
In this episode, I present three steps that you can take to learn how to embrace discomfort and do those things you’ve always wanted to do.
