Brigitte Gemme is passionate about helping more people et more plants. She loves to empower others to take charge of their health and live in line with their values. On her website veganfamilykitchen.com. she teaches workshops about all aspects of plant-based cooking and nutrition. Her meal planning clients know her as a batch cooking wizard! Before deciding to change careers to teach healthy vegan cooking, Brigitte trained as a sociologist of education and managed research projects in academia. Aside from a PhD in education from UBC, she obtained a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the University of Winchester. She lives in Vancouver (Canada) with her husband and two kids, all of whom are very active and always hungry. @vegan.family.kitchen
