#234: PLANTSTRONG – Dr. Yami: How to Love Your Body and Plantstrong Food at Any Age
“I felt like I was flawed and that my body was ugly and that I was a failure. There was times where I was suicidal when I was younger, mostly because of my body. And I think that's the biggest waste. And that's why I'm so passionate about this because I don't want another child to feel like the purpose of their life is to be a certain size. People have so many talents. They have so much to give to the world. They have so much light and energy. I don't want them to be spending all that time counting calories or trying to get their bodies a certain size.” –Dr. Yami
