Dr. Anne Dudley

More about my honored guest:

Dr. Anne Dudley is a board-certified pediatrician working in an outpatient clinic in southwest Michigan. She is trained in culinary medicine through the Health Meets Food program. When not in the clinic, she is a physician lead at Spectrum Health where she teaches culinary medicine to pediatric and family practice residents. Dr. Dudley teaches medical students and residents regularly in her office, and was voted Teacher of the Year in 2020. She incorporates healthy lifestyle education into all of her patient visits, encouraging families to follow plant-based eating habits.

Dr. Dudley is the proud wife of her anesthesiologist husband and mother of five children, ranging in ages from 9 years to 2 months. Her family has been plant-based since 2017.
