Dr McDougall is one of the giants in the plant-based community. For over 40 years he has helped thousands of people reverse and prevent disease by teaching them how to eat a low-fat plant-based diet that emphasizes starch. He is prolific, passionate and tells it like it is. Although he is retired from his medical practice, Dr. McDougall is still going strong, but he now has a new torch to carry: the fight for our planet. This brilliant and energetic doctor is now using his time to educate us on how critical it is that we pay attention to what we eat and how the foods that we choose are affecting our planet.
